All orders are custom made just for you! Here's what to expect:

Processing Time
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase. Since each item is made to order, please allow this time before your package ships.

Domestic Shipping (US)
Once dispatched, packages typically arrive within 7–10 business days via USPS.

International Shipping
We ship internationally! Delivery times vary by destination and can take longer than domestic shipping due to customs processing. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country — these are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Total Estimated Time
From order to delivery (US): approximately 10–15 business days. International delivery times will vary by location.

Holiday Delays
During peak holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended due to higher order volumes and carrier delays. We recommend ordering early to ensure your item arrives in time for any gift-giving occasion.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered or leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, as this is outside of our control once it's in the carrier's hands. If your tracking shows an issue or delay, please reach out to us at realcutegifts@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help you file a claim with USPS. We recommend double-checking your shipping address at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships so you can follow its journey.
